Thanks to some mechanical problems, our plane was late getting in to Houston, so we missed our connection to Steamboat.
On the phone, all they could do for us was reserv seats on the next available flight, at 3:30pm tomorrow. We're going to drive instead (the rental car is cheaper from here anyway). We're just waiting in line to get our bags and (hopefully) some kind of reimbursement.
We're not counting on anything, but we're hopeful..
