NEW RULE:
This room is not available for anyone who uses the expression "OMG". There should be ample room in the garage for them.

Not sure if I understand the sideways dishwasher or fridge in the middle of the room...
they indeed do things differently in Colorado!
BTW: I hope those copper lines are for the beer taps built into the apartment! ;)
